Volition

This song is about an athlete volition

Where am I leading? Where am i leading?
In this lunatic round
Where am I playing? Where am i playing?
In this crowded ground

Sins of my past, follow till last
Make me weak and break me like a twig

Hands are helping in the darkness
Can't hold them is my weakness

For me hope is like a sun
Rises during the first and sets for the rest
But it always be there, in me, with me
Till I stop revolving it

It's not my dream, it flows in my bloodstream
This is truly raw, will burn the useless straw
Will happen, will happen, will happen

Someday.........

Hold The Breath

Giant thunders reached the ground
Smoking grey clouds were all around
Cold winds howled in my ear
     Nothing saved me from here

When I reached for the truth
      Damn- not getting anything worth
Felt like drowning in a sea
     Missed the opportunities to see

Didn’t want to waste my life
Learnt how to walk on a knife
It was an aisle between the life and the death
To survive I held my breath

When I grabbed my golden fish
I told myself, I shouted myself, I never gonna miss
Everything is in your head
     Contemplate yourself till the depth

It’s raining, it’s raining
See the solvent dissolving the darkness
It’s raining, it’s raining
See the white gates are opening
It’s raining, it’s raining

The day gonna come one day

The day gonna come one day
To distinguish the deviation
Word panic slows you down, rips your day
Dropping pain on your shoulders
Reminiscence your failures, impinge in your flesh

Sense the bell ringing in the top
Will show you the path, don’t be tired
Follow the omens that follow you
Pack your hopes, harden your wills
Reminiscence your failures, impinge in your flesh

The day gonna come one day
To distinguish the deviation

Watch the Puppet Master, carrying the torch
Approaching the arena with furious eyes,
To light the sleeping volcanoes
Demons at your back, grabbing your thoughts
Make you cry, make you scream, make you bleed
Reminiscence your failures, impinge in your flesh

This is the day you longing for in your life
This is the day you thinking in your dreams
You found the savior of your soul
Standing in the gate of the sky
Collect the souvenirs on your way
Till the horizon, till the heaven
You’re moving, you’re moving
My friend……..

"Make Yourself Hard"

One of my favourites 'Sir Alex Ferguson' the manager of the football club Manchester United said in many of his encounters with the press that all the players mature at the age of 24 or 25. Most of the players will be in top form at these ages. But some of the players will get matured before 24 like Messi, Christiano Ronaldo. Both of them are world class players. You know players will be in peak form when they get matured. This applies to the people in other professions. You can see a sudden rise in the curve when you draw a graph between career life time and performance.

I don't know how to define maturity exactly. It is very difficult to get matured in all the aspects of life. But, getting maturity in his/her owns profession is very important. See in the case of Messi and Christiano Ronaldo, they are hardcore professional football players. They got all the fame in football. I don't think so both of them matured in other aspects. Sometimes they act really weird inside the ground as well as outside. Some people say those are all some tactics in football. I don't believe it. I'm not criticizing them. Everyone have their own preference. I'm just taking a situation. They don't have control over their emotions.

The first step to get matured in the profession is to have control over the emotions regarding the profession. The profession may be a student or businessman or government officer or anything. According to me, profession means it the thing we can't get rid of it under any circumstances and at the same time it will support us financial. There is no right or wrong action in the profession. That means we can do whatever we want to do in order to achieve the objectives of the profession. I'm going to talk about two extremes a cop and a robber. One is ethical and other is unethical. Their objectives are different. One thing common between them is both are professionals in their own way.

According to me maturity means contemplating about their profession so that they can move fast in their career. When people get matured, they feel the change. They feel like that they have a backup to help them. It's like having a third hand. They are more confident before. They start believe themselves.

I have seen people who matured earlier in their life time. That's really good and I appreciate it. I read somewhere mostly women get matured earlier than men. It may be true. Sometimes people become matured due to spontaneous failure fission reaction (a chain of failures). When they fail, that embarrassment happened to them due to failure made them hard like rock so that no one can break them. Some are gifted naturally.

Think, all boys seek for matured girls and all girls seek for matured boys, professors seek for matured students, coach seeks for matured players, boss seeks for matured sub-ordinate. Matured people only can handle uncertainties and they can perform under pressure.

According to Al Ries and Jack Trout, in business the first movers always have the advantage. Same thing, person who matures earlier always has the upper hand. She/he will have their hands nearer to the ripened fruit.

To Stay Animated - "Stamina Matters"

Everyone watched the match played by Swiss Tennis Maestro 'Roger' and Indian cricket wall 'Dravid'. Apart from their sensible playing, the important thing which I'm curious or interested about is their "STAMINA". Both of them are really cool. Even after playing for a long time their make-up will not change. There is no new moon when they are in ground. You will always see a full moon.

Take Roger, his energy level while entering the court will be same as that of the energy level while coming out of the court i.e., when the match gets over, he doesn't seem like exhausted. His play doesn't seem like a sinusoidal wave. There are no ups and downs. Always it seems like a direct current graph (straight line-constant). Tennis is the battle of endurance. In a grand slam, a player has to play minimum 3 sets and maximum 5 sets. A player should not go to an excitation state when he wins a set and should not bury himself when he loses a set. He has to be consistent in his attitude, energy level and focus. If there is any fall or rise in any one of these three, he will be under the control of the opponent.

One of my professors gave us the difference between 'a sprint' and 'a marathon'. In a sprint, the person who finishes the race first is the winner but in case of marathon the persons who finish the race are winners. Similarly, our life is not a sprint with only one winner. It's a god damn marathon. We have to sustain the race for prolonged duration until we reach our destiny.

Small victories in our journey are like the energy drink which will be given in between the race. We have to decide how much we are going to taste the drink. If we drink above the limit, it becomes a burden. Sometimes, it makes us walk. It extends the race duration. Spoils our consistency. Here comes the endurance. Unless and until we motivate ourselves, it's really hard to reach our destiny. Stamina really matters to maintain a constant motion.

Since life is a marathon no need to consider or care about the stupid souls who are competing with us. My opinion is to track their performance while you are crossing them or will be crossed by them. Everyone is a winner boss. If the guy who is competing with you buys a Lamborghini Reventon at the age of 35 then you may buy that car at 38 or 39.

I have seen people who had the sinusoidal attitude while running in a marathon. Why do I want to point out someone else? Take me. I had sinusoidal attitude. When someone overtook me, all the energy in my whole body gets consolidated in my legs and I started running fast. I felt good when I was overtaking someone. But, what's the use? After a certain period of time, I felt beat. Then, everything ended in disaster.

Same thing is applicable in our life also. Like all Tom, Dick and Harry say "Have a vision in your life".

Some may argue that why can't we finish the race with high speed without getting exhausted. It's possible, only if you are naturally gifted or have inherent talent.
